A running log of real jobs around the county — the problem the homeowner had, and what we did about it. Every one of these was photographed from the roof and sent to the customer the same day.
Homeowner had skipped two cycles. Back runs were packed solid with compacted oak leaf and maple seed, and both rear downspouts were blocked at the elbow.
All runs hand-cleared to bare aluminum, four downspouts flushed and proven flowing, debris hauled off, beds rinsed. Soft spot in the rear fascia flagged with a photo.
Oak tassels and pollen had felted into a mat across every run — the kind of debris that holds water all summer and never looks like a clog from the ground.
Full hand-clear, all outlets flushed including a buried line to the drywell, and photos sent showing the mat lifted out run by run.
